I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Provo, UT) in Sep 2014
Interview
My interview was split into two 30 minute interviews. It was a standard behavioral interview. What was helpful was that in the second interview I was asked similar questions to the first interview, so I felt that my answers came off much more well prepared. After receiving an offer and accepting, I was able to stay in contact with the people that interviewed me and learn more about the interview process. They told me that recruiters are looking for someone who is a good personality fit when they interview. So, I think the most important thing would be to be enthusiastic about the work you will be doing and show that you're someone other would enjoy working with.

Question 1
Tell us a time where you created a problem at your work and what you did to fix it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Austin, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Two in person interviews. One was a 1 on 1. Other was with two people. They primarily asked basic behavioral questions. Nothing too difficult. The questions for both back to back interviews were relatively similar.
Keep in mind my interview process was different than most interns. I applied around February via my campus job board. I went through 2 interviews, both phone interviews. The first phone interview was a "phone screening", which had easier questions than the actual interview. They were all behavioral questions, no technical questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New Rochelle, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met with two sets of people who asked questions about different areas of my background and what I hoped for my future and potential experience with PepsiCo. I heard if I received the internship offer a week and a half or so later and they maintained contact until the start date ( which was about 8 months later being it was a summer internship).
