It was a typical interview experience. The interview process started with a phone interview asking warehouse related questions about experience. The questions were as simple as "Have you worked in a warehouse?" and "How much experience do you have working in warehouse?". A few days later I had an on site interview. During the interview I was given a walk through to see exactly what the work would be. The on site interview didn't take long and the questions asked were mostly related to how comfortable I would be with extreme weather conditions and frequent overtime. The work itself is simple and can be taught so not much experience was needed to begin with.
