Interviewed for marketing intern position. Dropped resume through school career center. Selected for 2- 45 minute interviews. There was a pre-interview dinner as well.
I'm not sure if intentional, but interviewers played good cop/bad cop. First 2 interviewers were younger, very friendly and was conversion instead of formal. Second was much more strict and friendly attitude was gone.
Questions were mix of marketing cases and behavioral/fit.
Lighthearted and reasonably long, not too intimidating, doesn't give difficult to answer questions. Very friendly interviewer, company was very quick to give updates. Good experience overall, asked a lot of scope questions.
Easy interview generic interview questions and behavioural . Just need knowledge of the company and you are good to go . People are also nice an accommodating . Met ceo
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a combination of behavioral and technical, while the second round was more technical heavy with case questions and ad evaluations.
