After that you will be assigned a district and you will have to increase sales. Then after all that you will have a visit from the RVP to go to your market and there they will certify or not certify you

Describe a time when you were part of a group or team. What was the outcome? What was your role?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)

Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
