Lots of situational questions, e.g. Name a time when you showed exceptional customer service or a time when you made a great sale. Need to be comfortable talking about yourself. Also be prepared for two to three interviews and two uncompensated full day ride a longs with current sales reps. When interviewing it pays dress business casual.

Question was all about, Tell us about your career, what you understand about sales and prioritization of schedules .
What you understand about safety at work place, Knowledge about customers satisfaction and salary expectation.
The interview process was done online. I was asked three to four questions with a 2 minute time limit to answer. One of the questions was: Tell us a time where you demonstrated leadership?

Talk about past experiences and some general behavioural questions. Overall, pretty basic stuff and know about the position and company. The interviewer was pretty kind and they inform you well about the position. There was only one 30-minute interview.
