Interview
It sucks I've had 3 interviews in the past 2months with them and same thing each time it took 5 mins literally and no call back! I received an email 10 mins after the first interview saying they weren't gonna hire me they chosen more quified canadites and I have experience they keep interviewing me and potentially it gets old to keep going for 5mins and get same results not hired

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Jul 2016
Interview
it was very long. ig since i apply when a union went on at my location. it took them 4 months to call. IT was random and late in the evening and he call me about an open info session the following week. It is to see our personality ( make sure you engage i conversation) , then if they would like to hire you they will call the following week and set an face to face personal interview with the site manager and they would describe the job more and basically you are hiring. They ask me all basic question and at the end they ask me " did I have any other question?" and I ask when do I start and I was literally sitting in front of my drug screen and background sheet. I started the following so basically after the call it took a month to get in. But the process real can be quicker depending on the need and managment
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online. Took about an hour long assessment online. Consisted of general warehouse and interpersonal type scenarios. Mostly common sense stuff. When I completed that I received a message online saying I scored well and would be called for an interview. I was called about 1.5 weeks later to come in. Initially was with a group of about 10 people. They called us back one by one for a short interview followed by a second two person interview. All very common interview questions. HR and management made the whole process extremely comfortable and non-intimidating.
