Interview was agreed for one time, but started much later. It was held by HR manager. He looked very very tired. I applied via top recruiting website in our region: HeadHunter. All my professional and educational achievements were clearly stated in my application together with expected salary, but the HR manager was a bit unfamiliar with my CV.
They did not call me back, I have been either unsuccessful or overqualified, but in case of my passing the interview, I would not have considered them as my employer in this particular country.

Not too bad! Some tricky questions but really lovely hiring team who made me feel comfortable. Basic STAR technique is what they were looking for during the competency questions, and there was an unseen task to complete
