Interview
Starting at the career fair recruiters determine who receives an interview (stringent). Don't expect an interview without plenty of experience. Interview is hosted by two upper management Pepsico employees (Not entry-level employees). Rather straight-forward interview focused on experience and interpersonal skills. Personally, I had one representative from sales and another from production. Involved siutational questions, leadership on campus, location preference, etc

Interview
Applied online through a campus career center after talking with a recruiter for a while at a career fair. I received the interview invitation a week or so afterwards. The interview was decent, I wish I read up on the position a lot more, but the interview itself wasn't too difficult.
