I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Through an agency, but ince short listed took about one month. Spoke w/ 5 ppl. 3 face-to-face (managers) 2 over the phone (supervisors). Extremely honest, transparent interviews! Great connections made!
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
I was contacted by Ian the Operations Assistant Supervisor for Talent Acquisition. From that point on it’s been a game of tag starting 6/13. We had a phone interview 7/9 that went well. I was genuinely interested & excited about the opportunity. We discussed next steps and when I’d be available for an on-site interview. I emailed my availability immediately following that call. 7/23 I finally heard back. My interest was starting to wane. I provided new availability as requested and as of 7/28 I never heard back again.
By far the worst candidate experience ever. Never would have expected this from Pepsi.
