PepsiCo Operations Trainee (Leadership Program) interview questions

Pretty standard interview process. I phone interview, then one in person interview with HR and a technical person, and finally interview where you make a presentation to the VP's and GM's they also ask you some standard behavioural questions. Generally standard interview, big focus on fit and leadership skill! Be ready with real life examples of where you utilized your leadership skill (great if you can add these experiences on your resume and tie them back to your answers during the interview).
