Question 1
When have you overcome a challenge?
Why are you a good fit for this role?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Valhalla, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
The first round was at the New York Academy of Sciences and they used this time to tell you a little about their company. It was very casual and you were free to talk to any of the interviewers who all tried to be helpful. For the second round, they invited you to spend a night in upstate NY where you get to meet many professionals as well as other prospective interns. You should ask many questions and get to know those from the company, especially those who are in your field on interest. All expenses were paid for which was nice. The professionals were welcoming and tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Interviews took place the following morning after a presentation and then they took you to the R&D facility for a tour.
