Question 1
Name a time you had to work as part of a group to solve a problem.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Leicester, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied directly on their website. Within a few days I was invited to an online video interview where you have to record yourself answering questions. It consisted of 5 questions and you could practise before you had to film yourself. I made notes on the laptop screen and followed a script when answering/recording. I submitted the online interview and it took 3 weeks to hear from the HR team who invited me to a zoom interview. The zoom interview consisted of a 10 minute presentation on a new product I had to design and present. Then around 40 minutes of a classic interview.
