Interview
The interview process was only one interview with the hiring manager and one other person from the team. The whole process was extremely slow. Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview; however had to reschedule due to the hiring manager having a conflict. They forgot to reschedule the interview, and I had to reach out and wait a week to hear back for a last-minute interview the next day. The interview seemed very chill; it was behavioral and not too technical, as it was an entry-level position. The hiring manager and the other person seemed to like me and my background. They said I would hear back in about 2 weeks, latest 3 weeks, as they were still interviewing candidates. 3-4 weeks passed, and I sent a follow-up to the recruiter, but no response at all. It was not until 2 weeks later that they sent a rejection after ghosting.
