Peraton Sr. Disposition Manager interview questions

Following a positive phone screen w/ the recruiter, she provided me w/ the names of the hiring managers that I would speak with. She also indicated that she intended to schedule an interview for the following week. Three days later I received a typical rejection email message. I forwarded that message to my recruiter, then texted her to confirm if the rejection was an accident? I never received a response.
