Peraton Marketing interview questions

Disappointing. It took over three weeks for my resume to get a response, and after the Recruiter finally reached out, they seemed like they wanted to rush me off the phone. They barely asked me anything except for "how many years of experience do you have" and "what are your salary expectations?" I tried to ask a few questions to show I was engaged, but the whole call lasted for 10 minutes and they said they wanted to schedule me for an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter told me they would get back to me by the end of that day, and it's now four days later, and I never heard back. I followed up and called over the span of the last few days, and all of my messages have gone unanswered. Being that this role would be the market the company and showcase the culture, it's highly disappointing that I was ghosted by the recruiter. Simple communication goes so far. Candidates are interviewing you too. Please re-evaluate how you go about conducting your "interviews" with future candidates.
