Interview
The hiring process was managed by and headhunting society. I did all the interviews (3 in total), I was informed that I was 'chosen'. They had 2 positions open and 2 profiles (one was me) and they just had to decide how to allocate the 2 persons. After 2 weeks and a half (of silence) I was informed that they decided to give the positions to internal peoaple....very disappointed about the way this was handled.

Phone screen with HR, 3 one hour interviews with employees in Marketing Group. Some used the "star" interview method. They were all very detail oriented. I also got the feeling that they liked the brands but not necessarily the leadership.
