I had initial communications with Practice Leader of CPG/Retail for leadership position in forming Retail Practice at Perficient. Then engaged HR lead who was young and not very professional, slow to return emails and follow-up and HR contact did not coordinate with Practice Leader. Not a good impression of company based upon HR interaction. Had phone interview with VP of the CPG/Retail Team who had extensive technology background. This individual did not impress me with his retail functional/process knowledge or understanding of retail industry trends. No follow-up from HR and practice lead recently left company so fortunate that process did not go further.
