Performance Team Wms Analyst interview questions

The interview process was two parts. The initial in person meeting was set up and I had met with my manager. I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes or so after I had arrived for interviewer to be available but that was okay. Once in the meeting my resume was reviewed and discussion was done based on the key points. I was asked on my knowledge on different processes and my familiarity with them. The interview was slightly longer than I was used to, maybe spent about an hour give or take in the actual interview. After this interview a few weeks went by, maybe a little longer, and another interview was set up with another manager, this time over the phone. This interview was much quicker and was a much more targeted conversation. After this final interview another week or so went by and I received an offer.
