My interview was set up through Hedy Holmes Staffing Agency, in which they called me to let me know I had a interview for a position working with Kronos. I went in to a call center environment, which I was not accustomed to and went before the entire HR dept. (a panel interview). They asked questions to make sure that I knew the position requirements as well as would be a good fit for the team. The interview last about 1 hour, on my way home, I received a call from the temp agency letting me know that they offered me the position and cancelled their next two scheduled interviews. Performant wanted me to start the following day.
