The interview process was unstructured and took over 2-3 months. During the actual interaction, it was great but required a lot of effort to be successful- overall it was an average experience
HR told me that they already filled the role and clearly had a script to read off from. They are interviewing just for their due diligence research. Conversation was cordial and they informed me that my file will be on their network for future opportunities.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Perkins Eastman (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview was scheduled to meet with two interviewers. The first one was approximately 20 minutes late and he frequently checked his phone during the process. The second interviewer joined midway through our discussion and did not even enable the camera, which made it hard to establish a connection. An area that particularly concerned me was the lack of respect; despite having access to my documents and me mentioning my name twice, both interviewers incorrectly addressed me on more than one occasion.

The questions were pretty standard. Just about my academic background and professional experience. And talk about two projects in portfolio.
