I applied through linked in, had a phone interview first and 2 in person interviews. The first interview was with an Ops manager and the second was meeting with the Principals i would primarily work with. At the interview i was shown proposals that are done for the office and my portfolio of past marketing work was reviewed.

Came to the interview and had to wait almost half an hour to get interviewed. They don't seem to value your time. The interview itself was about 15 minutes long.
