I was contacted by HR and interviewed with about 5 managers/seniors. Only a few had their cameras on for half the time and it felt like I was talking into a void. I asked about the potential of getting more responsibility and moving up into being a PM (which I already was at my current firm) and was given a 5 minute lecture about how some people are "born leaders" and some aren't. I am a woman...
