Recruiter screen and then did a take home assignment that took a few hours. Was told that the team liked my work and wanted to move forward. I then had little to no communication for nearly 3 weeks while I tried to schedule the next interview. Accepted another offer. Would absolutely not work with this company given their horrible process
A recruiter retained by PermitFlow reached out to me via email. We arranged for a 30-minute zoom call to discuss the role. Near the end of the call, after agreeing to send me a take-home exercise to tackle as the next steps of my interview process, he felt obligated to inform me, in the vein of asking a physician a doorknob question, that PermitFlow operates on a 50-hour work week, and would that be okay. No, thank you.
