Shortly after applying their recruiter reached out asking that I complete an assessment that is designed to evaluate my skills relative to the CSM position. I proceeded to waste 5 minutes answering rudimentary common sense questions such as identifying what comes next in the pattern. For a company that is looking for professionals, it seems condescending to require this assessment. I would stay far away from this company as I can only imagine what the day-to-day looks like given the interview process.
