After submitting my resume, I was contacted by HR for an initial interview. I was then asked to complete two online assessments (personality test and IQ test) and answer some basic customer success questions. After completing those, I met with the hiring manager, and afterwards was asked to put together a presentation. A week after my presentation, I received a relatively generic e-mail that I was not selected to move further.
