PermitFlow Recruiter/HR Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and about three days later I received an email from a third party stating that permitflow invited me to take an assessment. The next day I got an automated email from permitflow requesting I submit a hiring proposal. The next day after that I received another automated followup from permitflow asking me to submit a step by step guide on how to apply for building permits in the city of San Francisco. I poured through city websites for DAYS. Submitted a comprehensive guide and received an automatic rejection. I never spoke to a live person and wasted hours of my life. Lesson learned: do not complete any assessments or assignments without speaking to a real person first.
