PermitFlow Product interview questions

I applied for a role 3 months ago. I was rejected which was ok, but then they came back and said they changed the role requirement, and to resubmit my resume because I would be a fit. 5 minutes after sumbitting later was rejected again. a week or 2 later their hr person reached out one more time with times to meet, confused but figured might have been a miscommunication. I scheduled time to speak 2 weeks later which was the earliest they could do. Then HR canceled the meeting and sent a rejection email stating they changed the role requirements again. Sounds like others had a worse experience, but one of the most unorganized processes I've ever done, a rejection would have been fine, a toxic ex is not as volatile.
