Multiple screenings from HR to hiring manager. This interview process gets a thumbs down. The role was promoted as "remote" or "hybrid" available. This factor was discussed during the initial 3 interviews. This was not the case during my 4th and final interview with the hiring manager. The option to work hybrid or remote was not an option at all to the hiring manager. Time was wasted on both ends as the company.
