Really nice, warm people. Quite straightforward however the process took a lot longer than was necessary. Unfortunately it felt like they wasted a lot of my time and their own because despite being told I was a strong match for the role I was told at the very end of the process I wouldn't be considered due to a skillset they thought I lacked that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the job ad. Seems like a really interesting place to work with a strong mission, but I think the recruitment process could be improved a lot by getting clearer on exactly what they are looking for in candidates from the outset.
