I completed multiple rounds of interviews for the role, and my skills and experience were closely aligned with the stated requirements. The discussions across the rounds were constructive, and I believe I communicated my technical and leadership capabilities effectively. However, I was informed by HR that I did not clear the final round. This outcome was quite disappointing, particularly given my 20 years of industry experience and established technical expertise.
