I’d like to share feedback on the interview experience rather than the outcome.
During the second-round technical interview, there were repeated technical issues with the coding platform and screen sharing. The interviewer was unable to see my code consistently, which required me to reload the tab multiple times. Each reload caused the previously written code to be lost, so I had to rewrite the solution from scratch two to three times. This consumed a significant portion of the interview time and added unnecessary pressure.
Additionally, screen sharing had to be restarted every few minutes as it repeatedly stopped working. Combined with minimal verbal communication from the interviewer and a rushed wrap-up, this made it difficult to demonstrate problem-solving effectively.
I understand that technical issues can happen, but in this case, there was no adjustment made to account for the lost time or disrupted flow. A more interactive approach and a more reliable interview setup would help ensure candidates are evaluated fairly.
I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.

I attended two technical interview rounds for the OutSystems Developer role about a month ago and was informed that I had cleared both rounds. After that, I was told they would consult with the Delivery Manager and update me on the next steps. Since I didn’t receive any communication, I followed up after few days and was informed that the position is currently on hold.
