Interview
I applied through job portal. Its was hiring drive at their office in Sharda Center, Pune. They asked collectively on who works on what and started filtering candidates.
First round, I was interview by technical person who asked couple of puzzles.
Second one was with Manager who asked more strategic puzzles and asked to wait. I had attempted it.
Third was with HR person who helped me understand their salary structure to make it as good offer.
They offered lunch facility. Problem was job was in rotation shift which I didn't wanted. And offering salary with my expectation for given role was problem as the HR guy was trying negotiate on lower CTC which I just agreed to get offer and try some other place to get better deal.

Interview
They had called me to be at their office at 11:45 AM and I reached sharp on time. But I think they had not planned the interview well and my interview actually happened at 5:30 PM and it was very tiring to sit for so long and watch candidates come and go anxiously. The first round was typical technical round, few basic and few scenario based questions. I cleared the first round and by the time I got the news that I cleared the first round it was already 6:20 and they told me that they cannot have second round now and it would be taken over video call. Overall experience was not great because of the amount of time I had to sit.
