I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Pune) in Feb 2020
Interview
Persistent Systems came for internship drive in our college in the 6th semester. The selection process was from an aptitude+technical MCQ test, around 200-300 students gave the test, around 25 students were selected for the interview.
The interview process was held in one of their offices, the process was smooth and professional. I was a bit nervous as it was my first interview, but the interviewers were really good and made me feel comfortable at the start of interview.
2 interviews were conducted, one technical and one non-technical. 6 people were selected for the internship and I was one of them.
Overall the interview process was very smooth and well managed.
