      Interview

The persistent system came to our college for an on-campus drive. Students were shortlisted on the basis of resumes and eligibility criteria. Then there was an online test with 2 different packages. Around 15 students were selected for the technical round. Technical Round: The round lasted for 20 minutes. I was given a coding question to solve – a pattern based. It took me less than 10 mins to solve it. If you have solved the pattern questions previously, it will be easy for you.

      Interview

This is for fresher offcampus drive with Revature First we had Assessment (Coding, MCQs) and Technical Interview (mostly on resume skills and internships) Those who cleared these were shortlisted for a 3 months training under Revature (Don't consider yourself in persistent yet) The training is mostly on Tech stack of the project you'll be hired so grind hard, every week we used to have coding, MCQs and SQL assessments, also weekly Interviews by Revature to assess on weekly taught syllabus. You are rated out of 5, every week on you performance weekly (These scores are considered by PSL for final selections, don't neglect), and if scored less than 3 consistently....They might eliminate you during trainings After 3 months of aggressive training and grind, PSL will have final Assessments and Interviews, mostly focused on what you learned for last 3 months in training, Coding, SQL queries and Technical Interview. If you clear all these they have a HR round, some casual HR questions and you'll be mailed the offer letter Interview and assessments are average difficulty i would say, but overall lengthy and hectic training process make me rate Interview difficulty - Difficult
