Interview
The interview process at Persistent started great. The communication from HR was timely initially, and the interview rounds were well-structured. I had three rounds, including two technical rounds and HR discussion. Each round tested relevant skills and was handled professionally.
I was pleased to receive a verbal offer after the final round. However, after that, things took an unexpected turn. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no further communication from the HR team. No official offer letter, no update, and no closure. It felt like I was ghosted after being offered the position.
While the technical process and the interviewers were excellent, the post-interview experience was disappointing. A simple update or clarification would have been appreciated, especially after getting a positive response.

I attended two technical interview rounds for the OutSystems Developer role about a month ago and was informed that I had cleared both rounds. After that, I was told they would consult with the Delivery Manager and update me on the next steps. Since I didn’t receive any communication, I followed up after few days and was informed that the position is currently on hold.
