Head hunter reached out to me and did some phone screen.Then got a phone call from Director. took a programming skill test on line. Just after submitting that, got a super short notice that another round of phone screen will happen in 2 hours with future co-worker. That is not the funniest point yet. After they hired someone else, same HR sent me a message about recruiting the same position 6 months later. HR explained/lied company are growing and they only hire/keep the best people. Lots of questions. if you see those red flags. you should stay away from it.
