Casual start. more focused on the my published work and expertise. Hard to communicate with hiring managers, scheduling interviews was messed up. The response time takes way too long (more than a month).

2nd round, phone interview with Hiring Manager, very reliable and positive
3rd round, zoom meeting with group leaders, very respectful and supportive, got offer the very same day.
