The interview process was entirely communicated through WhatsApp messenger. The first interview was via WhatsApp with HR. The second was on MS Teams, with the TL and HR. The third one was with the client. They refused to give me an offer letter before I submitted my documents and joined the company. What kind of joke is that? It felt odd, to say the least. HR was very irresponsible and slow in keeping me updated about the interview rounds until I got selected.
