I got a call back about my application for a supervisor position. It was 2-3 weeks after I had applied. I was told the position was filled, but there was another position available. I asked what it was and she said “well you’d be assisting the supervisor, so you’d be doing all the same things, you’d just get paid less. Also it would part time instead of full time.” Very unprofessional and frankly insulting.
