Question 1
Are you able to work early morning hours with start times around 5am?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied online, got a call to be interviewed a week later. I was there on time and the manger was out getting food for himself. They told me to walk around the store till he returned. After 15 minutes, he came up to me and asked if I was the one he was going to interview. He later took me into a small room holding his Carl's Jr food. And there was a list of questions on a paper I think he was supposed to ask, but did not. He only wanted to know if I knew anything about stocking and if I'm ready to be put into that position. This is the first time someone skipped those personality and history questions and asked me questions about the actual job, which i liked a lot. He took me around the store and into the back where everything happens and I kind of felt like just saying yes to everything he was saying just to get the job. He said he's only hiring 2 people and is interviewing 7 other people. It seemed pretty promising, until 3 months have past and I haven't heard from him again.

I applied online. I interviewed at PetSmart (Bethesda, MD) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied online and then followed up by calling, at which time i was scheduled to come in for an interview. Met with Danielle who was really awesome! made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though she asked me some tough questions! She Asked me to come back in for a second interview a few days later. My second interview i met with all 3 managers. Went smoothly with them expressing to me their expectations if i were to work there. everything was reasonable and they offered me a job pending result of drug test. I am in a work release program and they were very understanding about that and my situation. Very positive experience with this interview process!
