I applied online and got a call within a week, and had an interview with an assistant manager, where they mostly asked me what I could bring to the job. Two days later, I was invited to meet with the general manager, where they asked more in depth questions, like what I did at my previous jobs, what I felt was important in customer service, etc. I was then called a week later with an offer.

If I spoke with your previous supervisors, what would they say about you?
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
