It was a very laid back and calm environment. Manager was very kind and friendly. He asked me questions about my previous experience and specific situations I've dealt with. A lot of it was chatting mostly because I've had a good amount of retail experience and I was familiar with the procedures. He also asked me about my availability and said it would be quite flexible and they would work with me on days I prefer to have off. At the end of it he told me that he would schedule a second interview within the next couple of days. I got a phone call about an hour later saying that they actually would just like to hire me on right away and get me going on the drug test.
