Interview
Really simple, speak with the assistant store manager, answer their relatively easy questions. Then another interview with the store manager. Next would be a drug test, and if you pass you've got the job and you'll start training the same week. They prefer that you have a completely available schedule but most of the time will work with your school schedule if needed.

Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later

Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
