Interview
I put in an application online and then waited a week before calling to check on it. They said some nonsense and I had to call three more times to get the interview scheduled. The first interview that is. Then a week after the first interview, I had to call and hunt down somebody else to do the second interview. After the second interview, they offered the job to me on the condition that I passed a drug test and sent me to a lab to have that done. It was a lengthy and obnoxious process honestly.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
