Interview
The interview process was fairly easy but it took a bit of effort . First I had to deal with that god awful online survey (I think it was used to determine personality or something like that.) Was then called 3 days later for a phone screening...after that was told to come in a few days later where I had a short interview with one manager (we just talked about my knowledge about fish , snakes , cats etc). Second interview was pretty much the same but it involved more of what I would be doing ....my pay offer etc. Overall was a pretty good process as a introduction to the work place (first job I've applied too) .
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

Interview
I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
