I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at PetSmart (Bak, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was awesome. I received a call back from the salon manager and was asked to come in two days later for an interview. She asked me some really great questions that made me want to work there immediately. She then told me that the store manager makes final decisions and she would need to interview me as well. She asked if I had a few minutes to give her to see if she could do it right then because she knew she wanted to hire me. I did, and so the rest is history...
Very short, to the point with questions about yourself and your current career and it requires a phone call with the Salon Leader after the initial interview. You must also speak with the store leader
I applied online. I interviewed at PetSmart (Vienna, WV) in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied online, received text messages, then received a phone call to set up an in person interview, showed up 2 managers were present, asked a few questions, professional and personal like where I want to go, what other experiences I have, thoughts on other things, 2 days later I believe it was, I got a call offering me the job and giving me the start day
You go in and talk to the store manager with the usual interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. No need to worry, very simple and easy. Process is very smooth
