Interview
I went through two different interviews, one with the assistant manager and one with the store manager. They were both the typical one-on-one sit down interview. I was asked that basic questions of when is my availability and about my past experiences. I was also given a tour of the store at the end of my first interview. After the first interview, the second was scheduled for the next day.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.
