Interview
Calm and comfortable the whole time, the manager was reasonable and relaxed. Had some good laughs, was not afraid to joke around. But yet was serious when needed at times.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How well was I with animals, did I have the personality to talk to customers and meet their needs in any way possible, even if it was a crazy request.
when would I be available to work for Petsmart and help each and every customer and care for all the animals, all the sick and well, everyday of the week.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
