I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PetSmart (Vancouver, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was contacted by petsmart about a week after I sent in an online application. When they called I was asked a few basic questions and scheduled an interview a few days later. This was my first job interview so I was very nervous, the manager I met with was really nice and made the whole process pretty easy. I did have to sell a product (supper embarrassing) but was told I would get better with time and practice. She said that she really liked me and offered a second interview the next day. After the second interview with the Store manager I was offered the position and was asked to take a drug test.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at PetSmart (Oakville, ON)
Interview
I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
