Interview
We played phone-tag a lot before I was hired. It took a few weeks of back and forth because the hiring manager was never available. I had one interview with multiple managers in one small room, which was quick but slightly intimidating. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it was not pleasant either.
Easy and straight to the point. They asked pretty basic questions. It was the assistant store manager and the pet stylist supervisor. They asked me what kind of dog I think I would be. Although I panicked and said a chihuahua, they enjoyed my answer.
Straightforward, was referred by current employee, asked technical questions about grooming. I did not do very well they did not extend offer. hopefully next time. kind interviewer was understanding, suggested I study grooming for next time.

Interview process was simple and fairly straightforward. A lot of basic questions. No experience was needed. Manager was kind and friendly and made my first ever job interview non intimidating
